Fight for your Health

I know in the midst of the alarm clock blaring it’s hard to feel motivated. Especially when results aren’t happening as fast as intended. Sometimes the feelings move past frustration and go straight into downright defeat. This is the time where thoughts like, “what’s the use” dominate your mind. Put this defeatist attitude in check. Don’t let the negative mental game with yourself take over. You’ve got to FIGHT. With what you ask? Patience, dedication, and consistency! A habit of healthy eating and exercise WILL undoubtedly produce results. So focus not only on the end goal, but the daily goals that can be achieved at this very moment.

Wake Up Earlier

You must make sacrifices. Set your alarm for 30 minutes earlier. Force yourself to jump out of bed as soon as your alarm goes off. Then next week, set it for an hour earlier instead of 30 minutes. Now you have an extra 7 hours a week to dedicate to your health and fitness Imagine how much more time you’d have if you gave up some things you know that are either not good for you or simply just a waste of time!
