KETOGENIC YUMMINESS 👅
🥚Egg 🌱Asparagus 🥓Bacon Cakes
4 organic eggs
3oz organic cream cheese
1 1/2oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp coconut flour
4oz fresh asparagus
1 tbsp Kerrygold butter melted
1 tsp salt or to taste
4 pcs bacon chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Cut asparagus, cut it in pieces of approx. 1inch and fry it for about 5 minutes in tbsp of butter.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, coconut flour, salt and melted butter. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
3. Spray avocado oil in the baking cups then add asparagus. Now pour the mix on top.
Note: mix will expand when baked, so don’t overfill
4. Bake for about 20 minutes by checking from time to time if it’s ready.
