Have a Plan In Place

It would be great if everything were to go according to plan. Like having healthy meals prepared, not hitting the snooze button when the alarm goes off and getting those workouts in first thing in the morning. But let’s get real, there will be hiccups so you might as well find a backup plan.

Don’t give up on your health and fitness just because you had a change in your schedule. Adapt, adjust, and make every effort to stick to your plan!
