I love warm cereal like Farina or Oatmeal but being Ketogenic those options are no longer a possibility. So I finally found a recipe that works and satisfies those cravings…
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp Swerve
1/2 cup raw hemp seeds
1/4 cup raw pecans
2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
Simmer coconut milk, almond milk, seeds and nuts on medium low for 5 mins in a sauce pan. Move the heat up to med-high, add egg, cinnamon, and Swerve and cook while stirring constantly until the mixture starts to thicken.
