Back to recovery mode!

Back to recovery! I have 7 more weeks in my finger splint because my broken finger is drooping (preventing “swan finger”) and yesterday my right arm tear was re-aggravated when increasing weights on incline presses. There goes all that all that progress made since January to heal it. Back to baby weights 👶 + cardio 🏃🏻‍♀️+ healing mode ⛑ until summer 🙄

My MRI results are in and I have a high-grade lateral humeral epicondyle tear on my right elbow. As for my left finger, x-ray showed a broken finger (“bony mallet finger”). Two separate injuries both created by sports I don’t normally play. In the meanwhile, the only thing left to do is step up my leg game 🤷‍♀️
