1. END DIETING. When you overly restrict calories, you DO lose weight, BUT you also lose muscle! Your body’s job is to adapt, so at first, when you restrict, you lose a lot of weight, but if you continue to restrict the body adapts by holding on to everything you put in it and burning fewer calories! You should be fueling your body with foods high in Micronutrients.
2. PACK ON MUSCLE. Muscle is what you need to burn fat and calories. Muscle is what helps our body stay young! If you want to lose weight, you should be doing body weight exercises or lifting a minimum of 3 to 4 days a week.
3. FIGURE OUT YOUR NUMBERS. The average person underestimates what they’re consuming and overestimates what they’re burning. So go download a free app like myfitnesspal and figure out what the right ratio is for your diet. You’ve got to eat the RIGHT amount of fats, proteins, and carbs!

However, you still have to work to make sure your Business Like Page fan page gets noticed. Getting people to click the almighty “Like” button isn’t as easy as it seems. Even if you have the fans, are generating likes, and comments Facebook still has its pitfalls.

Based on your number of “likes” you have will persuade a potential client to either move on or hit “like”. Unfortunately, this a bit of a conundrum because in order to get more people to “like” your page, you need to have likes in the first place. That is exactly the reason why getting your “Like” numbers to increase from 0 to 100 likes seems harder than going to 500 “Likes” once you’ve gotten those initial 100. Although getting “likes” does take time, it’s pretty elementary – you just need to start promoting your fan page to get more people talking about your page.
