Push Your Boundaries

Sure, it may be comfortable to push play to the same workout routine or hit the same ol’ circuit at the gym, but comfort is so overrated. Choose to consistently test your limits and force yourself out of that comfort zone. Pushing yourself to new limits is what will get you to your goal, not staying within the confines of comfort.

So go ahead, go find pleasure in the new difficult exercises, the unfamiliar, the ones that truly test your grit!
