It all started to fall into place. 💕 I learned just how VALUABLE it was to honor myself and share my struggles to help others. I pressed play every day, chose healthier meals and shared my story. That’s how my lifelong struggle became a really AMAZING lesson in perseverance.

I know the pain of not feeling comfortable in your own skin (thin and overweight) but I also know there is light at the end of the tunnel. And it’s my MISSION to help you find YOUR LIGHT!
